Back Better Together™
Our Building Back Better Together Program is designed for those who need the most assistance to get on the path to the middle class. Participants receive weekly stipends and full wrap around services to best meet their needs. Opportunities for CDL training and in the trades are also part of this program.
County Futures™
Our County Futures program best serves those who are looking for fast-tracked employment in a department with Franklin County. Participants have opportunities for additional soft skills training after being hired by Franklin County.
Building Futures
Building Futures is meant for anyone interested in a career path with the building trades. These careers include: bricklayers, cement masons, drywall finishers, electricians, glaziers, HVAC-R, insulators, iron workers, laborers, millwrights, painters, pipefitters, plasterers, plumbers, roofers, sheet metal, sign and display, sprinkler fitters, and tile layers.
